Some of the success of the social media campaigns have to do with the type of media being harnessed, whether it is a facebook group or a twitter page. Others use the media to interact with their followers/fans and see how the campaign should be shaped.
Although many companies are not looking to make a campaign on the scale of the Super Bowl, it is important to understand how to shape your social media campaigns and daily uploads with you fans/followers in mind.
