If you have not tried Hootsuite yet, you are missing out. Hootsuite describes itself as a “social media dashboard,” which is the best definition of the site I have seen. And although many people mistakenly label it as “professional Twitter client” it is so much more than just an interface for Twitter:
“Using HootSuite’s unique social media dashboard, teams can collaboratively schedule updates to Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, WordPress and other social networks via web, desktop or mobile platforms plus track campaign results and industry trends to rapidly adjust tactics.”
If you want to create different social media platforms for your business but do not want to take the time to log in to each site individually to post content, Hootsuite is the perfect site for you. With an easy to use interface, you can schedule posts to be published on your twitter, facebook etc. at the same time, without having to do it manually or link between the different sites to publish one after the other.
For more information on Hootsuite, check out their Help Desk, or go to the Hootsuite site itself and start up your social media dashboard now. Also, check out tomorrow’s post that will include an information video on how to use Hootsuite!
